PREPARING FOR OUR VISIT

It would be very helpful if the following information could be to hand for the Home consultation:-

Distribution of the Estate

Think about the property that forms your estate i.e. House-Life policies-savings-investments etc.

Specific Gifts

Are there any family heirlooms that have to be passed down in a certain way

Do you wish to leave a specific item to someone?

Charity Donations

Do you wish to leave any money to your favourite charity. If so we will need to know the name, address of the charity.

Executors/Trustees

These can be anyone you trust to handle your estate for you, they can also include the beneficiaries (i.e. your own children) of the Will, as long as they meet the following conditions:-

They must be :-

• Over the age of 18 years
• Have never been declared Bankrupt
• Have not got a criminal record

Beneficiaries

Locate the names, addresses and their dates of birth.

Funerals

Decide whether you wish to be buried or cremated and where.

Guardians

Locate the names and address of the people whom you wish to look after your minor children.
