Procedure of Operation

Wills and other Associated Documents

1. Download the Instruction form/s as required, complete them with your details and your email and telephone number. Alternatively, you can complete the form on-line, here.
2. Return the completed form/s  via email or post,  if we have any queries or questions we will contact you to clarify the query.
3. On returning the Instruction form/s we will then ask you to make payment through our paypal account so we can proceed with your request.
4. On receipt of payment we will forward drafts of your documents for your acceptance.
5. On our receipt of the drafts back initials as accepted or with amendments we will issue your original documents for signing.
6. Full instructions as to the procedure for signing the documents will be despatched with the original documents.
7. You will also receive a disclaimer with regard to non signing or incorrect signing of the documents.

Probate

1. Draw down the Information Request Form.
2. Complete and return the form.
3. We will then forward our costs for the Probate Work, if acceptable then sign the authority agreement for us to proceed.
4. If in Spain or UK and some parts of Europe we can arrange a meeting to for the work to proceed at your location.
